Potterdelphia: Harry Potter Geek-out. Philly-style. Potterdelphia is a social organization of dedicated Harry Potter fans in and around Philadelphia, who gather monthly to discuss theories, characters, and other elements of HP nerdery. Potterdelphia also participates in a variety of volunteer activities that support local children by promoting education and furthering literacy.

… For the children's books, we will start with simple texts, such as Clóicín Dearg [Little Red Riding Hood] and eventually progress to reading Harry Potter and/or Artemis Fowl in Irish, which was one of my original goals for the group. Eventually, if the group gets fluent enough, we can tackle some of my favorite Welsh books, including Harri Potter a Maen yr Athronydd (Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, aka Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone).
